Note: Users are solely responsible for incorrect information or fraudulent submissions.

4. Franchise Partner Responsibilities

Registered franchise partners must:

• Verify customer documents.
• Follow applicable laws and government guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Charge only authorized fees.
• Not misuse the platform or customer data.

CyberCafe Point reserves the right to suspend or terminate any franchise partner account violating these terms.

5. Service Charges

Service fees may include:

• Government Fee
• Service Charge
• Platform Fee
• Payment Gateway Charges (where applicable)

All applicable charges are displayed before payment.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. CyberCafe Point is not responsible for payment gateway downtime or banking delays.

7. Cancellation

Applications already submitted to government departments or third-party service providers generally cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the processing stage.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, software, designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and content belong to CyberCafe Point. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Suspension or Termination

CyberCafe Point may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users:

• Provide false information.
• Commit fraud.
• Abuse the platform.
• Violate applicable laws.
• Violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

CyberCafe Point acts as a facilitation platform. We are not liable for:

• Government processing delays
• Rejections by authorities
• Third-party technical failures
• Incorrect information submitted by users
• Internet outages
• Payment gateway failures

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify CyberCafe Point against claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from misuse of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
